1. The promoter of this prize draw is Carnoustie Golf Links (trading as The Rookery) (“The Rookery”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Scotland under company number SC307601 and having its registered office at Whitehall House, 33 Yeaman Shore Dundee DD1 4BJ.
2. This prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except employees of Carnoustie Golf Links and The Rookery or any party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
3. Upon purchasing a Gold Ticket via hosting platform ‘Raffall’ you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Four draws will take place:
   • 1st Draw: Tuesday 31st December 2025 for all tickets purchased between 28th November and 31st December 2024.
   • 2nd Draw: Saturday 1st February 2025 for all tickets purchased between 1st January and 30th January 2025.
   • 3rd Draw: Saturday 1st March 2025 for all tickets purchased between 1st February and 28th February 2025.
   • 4th Draw: Tuesday 1st April 2025 for all tickets purchased between 1st March and 31st March 2025.
4. Upon purchasing a Platinum Ticket via hosting platform ‘Raffall’ you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. The single draw will take place:
   • On 31st March for all tickets purchased between 28th November 2024 and 31st March 2025.
5. Entering the Gold Ticket Draw and Platinum Ticket Draw requires participants to;
   • a. Purchase a minimum of one ticket
   • b. Adhere to all of Raffall’s Terms and Conditions
   • c. Adhere to these Terms and Conditions
6. The Rookery accepts no responsibility for any entry which cannot be completed for any reason, including technical interruption, fault or site failure.
7. One winner of the monthly Gold Ticket prize and one winner of the single Platinum Ticket prize will be chosen via hosting platform ‘Raffall’ as per the dates noted in section 3 (‘Draw Date’).
8. The following prizes will be drawn:
   • 4 Gold Ticket prizes of a £100 voucher to be spent in The Rookery (one drawn per month)
   • 1 Platinum Ticket Prize of a £200 voucher to be spent in The Rookery, 2 bottles of Champagne, 1 exclusive summer hamper hand-picked by The Rookery Head Chef, 1 voucher for free tea or coffee for the winner for 12 months (maximum of 2 per day), 1 free cocktail or mocktail for the winner each month (12 in total), 1 bottle of Mulligan Moonshine, 1 free side for the winner each month (12 in total). All prizes to be redeemed by 31st March 2026.
9. All prizes are subject to availability.
10. The winner will be notified via hosting platform ‘Raffall’s’ Terms and Conditions with details of how to claim their prize.
11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. The decision of The Rookery regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering the prize draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as Raffall’s Terms and Conditions. The Rookery reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. The Rookery reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond The Rookery’s control makes it necessary to do so.
15. The Rookery reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. The Rookery reserves the right to withdraw the prize if it has reason to believe that the winner has breached these terms and conditions.
16. The Rookery reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Prize Draw for any reason.
17. The Rookery makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality of the prize draw and any conditions, warranties, or other terms implied by statute or common law are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, The Rookery, its group companies, its agents or distributors, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by a breach of statutory duty of The Rookery, its group companies, its agents or distributors, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
19. By entering, participants agree to allow The Rookery to use their name, photograph and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition.
20. The Rookery may use the personal information that you provide when you enter the prize draw to administer the competition including to contact you if you have won and to provide the prize. The legal basis for processing your personal information in this way is that it is necessary for the legitimate interests of The Rookery to provide benefits to its customers, to build and strengthen its customer relationships, to promote its products and to comply with best practices for running prize draws. 21. The Rookery may make available the winners’ first name and/or surname to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months after the Draw Date.
22. The Rookery reserves the right to make minor changes to these terms and conditions if necessary without notifying participants of the changes.
23. This prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Scotland and any and all questions or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
