The Kitchen team at The Rookery is led by Head Chef Chris Hazelton,
a member of the Master Chefs of Great Britain. Born locally, he has led the kitchen teams in great hotels across Scotland but his approach is rooted in simplicity. “When you have produce this good, less is more. You don’t need foams or emulsions or serving gimmicks. We want the ingredients to be the star of the show. Our job is simply to help them shine”, says Chris.
